Carnival's Highlight Tour of Coz with Shopping

Has anyone out there every booked this excursion with Carnival???:confused:

We booked this excursion for mid November "Before Dean" hit. Now after all the rerouting of ports the website shows that Fantasy docks in Cozumel at 9am .....BUT my excursion is scheduled to start at 8am!!

Every time I call or email Carnival their rep says that it SHOULD BE OK:rolleyes:

What does that mean:confused:

If it's an excursion booked through Carnival, then I would guees that Carnival's in charge. They know that an excursion can't start until the ship gets there.
