Forgive me for asking a question that I know is somewhere on these boards..but can someone please define 'smart casual' for me for those non-formal nights in the dining room for both men and women? Thanks!!!

Smart Casual Evenings:

Passengers dress as they would for a fine restaurant at home.

• Skirts/dresses, slacks, and sweaters for ladies

• Pants and open-neck shirts for men

In the dining room, items such as cutoff T-shirts, shorts, halter tops, and jeans are not permitted; shoes must be worn at all times.

 

I would personally define it as "nice" casual. Some might call it country club casual or business casual. Slacks with a polo, tropical print, or button down shirt for men. Slacks, capris, skirt with a nice top for women. As you would dress for a nice restaurant. Not fancy or dressy, but nice.

Dress slacks and collared (golf shirt and up) shirts for men. Ladies as always are OK in slacks or skirts and blouses.

What they said. Dress pants or a nice pair of Dockers and a nice golf shirt(no advertising)
