jazzsea Posted September 1, 2004 #3 Share Posted September 1, 2004 Please let us know what kind of trouble your are having with your TA. When selecting a TA for cruises you should: Ask if the agency and the agent are CLIA certified. Has the TA seen and/or sailed on the ship that you are requesting? Larger agencies, like AAA or Carlson Wagonlit, have agents that are trained to sell different cruise lines. You might ask: "May I speak with your agent that specializes in Holland America Line? Krazy Kruizers Posted September 1, 2004 #4 Share Posted September 1, 2004 We have been using the same TA at AAA for nearly 20 years - pleased with her.

iluvcruzin Posted September 1, 2004 #9 Share Posted September 1, 2004 Lori at Skyscraptertours.com. I've used her for years. Cheaper rates than AAA (which btw you don't need a membership to use AAA).
Sage Posted September 1, 2004 #10 Share Posted September 1, 2004 I'm sorry that I forgot to include my e mail address. I've been so concerned here in Florida where Frances is going to go, that I'm not thinking clearly. You can e mail me at spottedgator@hotmail.com. jazzsea Posted September 1, 2004 #11 Share Posted September 1, 2004 However you book your cruise you know that you can count on the TAs on this board to help with your questions. Actually, many of the cruisers know as much or more than we do. You posted in the right place to get answers.
DonnaPhl Posted September 2, 2004 #12 Share Posted September 2, 2004 Bobbi-Jo, try cheapertravel.com. They display their Holland group space online which they also discount further. There were two V cruises in Novemeber with additional discounted rates. Donna, good luck
