I've just noticed this port is listed on the Celebrity ports of call list. Also,when I try to get shore excursion info for this port or Casa de Campo it is unavailable. Maybe Casa de Campo is being dropped, and Roseau is going to take it's place? Has anyone heard anything?

If you go to Roseau, take the whale watching tour. It was excellent.

This is one of my favorite ports. I have been on ships that called at this port the last 2 Thanksgivings. 2 years ago, I did a rain forest hike, while my friend went diving. We both had an excellent time, then walked around Roseau to shop and take photos and meet locals before the ship departed. Last year we took a river cruise which we also greatly enjoyed. Again we had time after the tour to walk around Roseau to poke into the local shops and grocery. Enjoy your stay there---it is much less commercial than other Caribbean ports.
