I'm glad to see that the Prinsendam will go into dry dock at the end of the year. I'll be sailing on her with my daughter and son in law on Aug. 7, 08 for the Kiel Canal and Baltic Treasure cruise. Can't wait. 9 countries in 14 days. Whew! :eek:

I really enjoy the enhancements that have been made -- but they can spend another billion dollars on amenities and I'll still feel that I had a miserable cruise if the air conditioning isn't working.

That's nearly a month per ship - That sounds like an exaggeration to me...

Our a/c worked very well on Maasdam. At least in our cabin.

 

I wish they'd update the slot machines in the casino. The casino has some decent machines, but they still pay in coins. Yuk. The casino host told me they are going to convert over to the ship card system where you put the balance left on the machine onto your card and can transfer it. I wish they'd hurry, but he said it'll be a few years.
