Restaurant recommendations, anyone?

My Mom and I will be in Grand Cayman in January on Rhapsody of the Seas. We're not planning any excursions in this port; we would just like to stroll around and shop and have lunch. Does anyone have any recommendations of a good restaurant to try? We are looking for somewhere with good food, of course, but also good ambiance and maybe a nice water view. Somewhere to spend a relaxing hour or two. Thanks for any thoughts! :)

We enjoyed the TreeHouse. I'm afraid I am not sure of the address but we were able to walk back to the pier from there. The food and drinks were good and we loved the view.
