Gonzo70 Posted December 28, 2007 #52 Share Posted December 28, 2007 I think celebrity hangs on to them for bookings with 3 to 4 people, then after final payment, they have not sold. Now they need to let them go for 2 people at a GREAT RATE...:D Same thing happened on my upcoming TA on the Century. The FV's are reportedly not quite as nice as on the M class ships as the balconies are not much bigger than typical side stateroom balconies. Still, the FV's just got released for my cruise and they are slightly cheaper than the cheapest available Ocean View stateroom! They are $400 per person cheaper than CC. Not bad for a larger stateroom and slightly larger balcony. Needless to say, I jumped at the opportunity and snagged one.

BEAV Posted January 2, 2008 #55 Share Posted January 2, 2008 I've skimmed through this thread, and if someone else hasn't posted it already, I'll just say that FV is a higher category than Concierge Class. You cannot be assigned a Concierge Class stateroom if you're booked on a FV guarantee. Here's a link to a thread that confirms this... http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=682578
