Navigator boarding time

What is the earliest anyone has boarded the Navigator. I usually get to the dock at 10:30 and am on-board by 11:00. I believe I recently read a post that someone got on the Navigator at 1:30 or 2:00, and said they were one of the first on. I don't want to wait around for 3 hours! Thanks.

We were on the Navigator in March and got on by 11. We've done 3 RCIs and have always gotten on by 11.

Most cruises out of Florida start the process around 11. There are sometimes delays caused by such things as customs, immigration, late arrival back to the port by the previous cruise, and other possibilities.
