Travel Protection Insurance

Can someone please tell me what the NCL Travel Protection Insurance covers? Has anyone had any experience cancelling a cruise and how did that work?

Its issued by Berkeley insurance so NCL does not directly run it, which is good.

I've always purchased my insurance through insuremytrip.com and been really pleased. Very good prices and a lot of options regarding companies and premiums....it's not a once size fits all.

Everyone has an opinion about travel insurance and who to use, just make sure you use someone. I can't stress this enough. Now, as for Berkely, they are very good but a little more pricey. I have had a couple of occassions when clients have had to cancel due to sickness or death in the family, never have we had any trouble collecting regardless of the company. Just make sure to check what is covered.
