places to buy cigars in caya levantado?

does anyone know of a reputable place (non street vendor, etc.) that sells luxury cigars, preferrably cubans on Caya Levantado? This is our first stop at Semana and we dont plan on going into the town, only the beach tour...if not there does anyone know of a good place in tortola? Also, what kind of prices did you pay? I'm looking to pick up Cohiba's or Ashtons or if possible real cubans. Were you able to bring them back on the ship with you to smoke on the cruise or did you have "check" them until the cruise was over? Thanks

That's just a state-owned beach, set up much like a cruise lines "private island" -- I wouldn't plan on finding cigars there or at least not any real choice.
