vozzie Posted January 12, 2008 #3 Share Posted January 12, 2008 We stayed at the Denali River Cabins last June. We stayed in the Hotel Room section... not the cabins Room was clean and comfortable Meals in the Dining Room were fine Front Desk was helpful They provided shuttle bus transfer to Glitter Gulch and Tour pickup point Didn't notice any road noise ... not much traffic on it There's another couple of resorts across the road where you can also eat ... and shop The Cabins don't look anything spectacular. We'd stay in the Hotel Rooms again if we went.
fti Posted January 12, 2008 #4 Share Posted January 12, 2008 I have used McKinley Creekside Cabins, 14 miles south of the park entrance, more than once and have been pleased.
Chenega Posted January 13, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 13, 2008 Has anyone stayed in these cabins? If so' date=' what did you think? Thanks, Laura[/quote'] Cabins are very close together which allows for noise from other rooms. At least for our room, beds were very hard making it difficult to sleep. Very expensive food at restaurant.
