We are having a beachside reception at a pavilion when we return from the cruise. I want to dress up the cement structure with white lights and paper lanterns... I found paper lanterns for 2.75 each, that is the cheapest online so far... Has anyone found any cheaper or at least rented them? I dont want a huge expense... Afterall, we are cruising to SAVE money from a large reception...
