Any sightings of US Navy ships in St. Thomas

We've been to St. Thomas probably 8 times. We were going thru some pictures from our first cruises there dating to 1980 and noticed pictures of many USN ships in port thru about 1995. Always thought it was cool seeing the ships anchored around the island. Don't remember seeing any the last 10 years. Wonder if the Navy doesn't use the area like they use to.

Naval visits are very few and far between. St Thomas used to be a regular stop, but that changed more than 12 years ago. The current gov is trying to get them to return more freqquently, so stay tuned. I think they were last here in Nov or Dec.
