Atlantis submarine

Has anybody taken the Atlantis submarine anywhere in Hawaii? Was it worth the money? Which location is best, Maui, Kona or Honolulu for this excursion? I don't know how I could possibly plan our trip without all of the help everyone gives. Thanks.

Don't recommend Honolulu ... done it before and found the water somewhat cloudy and the reef structure boring. I would think that Kona would be the best.

We were on the Atlantis in Kona. Definitely would recommend it. My wife is not into snorkeling and really loved this although she was apprehensive about it. You go down about 100' and the clear Hawaiian waters allow the sunlight to get down that far. If you book online, there is an internet discount. Their office is right on the main road at the Bay and just a short walk from the pier.

We did Honolulu and enjoyed it. It was a little anti-climatic but for my first adventure in a submursible it was pretty interesting. Did not do Kona, but it definately looked like it had the potential to be the best choice, as it looked like it went the deepest and farthest.
