I have opened the web page listed by sweetemi but can't see how to order these books. Where on the site can this be done? Also, is there a phone number(someone mentioned an 800 number, but I saw nothing)? I really need to talk to someone about ordering because I need to know if it would arrive in time. We leave for Maui May 20. Can you help me, please?

I just went to the site:

and all you need to do is to enter a zip code...96xxx is Hawaii so 96816, 818, 817 etc will work for Honolulu. Click on buy the book!

 

We used priority shipping and received the book inside of a week...it might have been 4 days.

On the main page, there is at the bottom other choices. One is Help and has some FAQ's.

Thanks ya'all for answering. The website I listed has a link to the Entertainment Book site, I listed it because it is a "local" (someone from Hawaii)'s website and I like to give business to our locals. It also works fine doing it the other way.
