We are doing the British Isles/Norwegian Fjords mid June. What kind of weather can we expect?

As a Londoner I can advise that the weather in London in June can be very unpredictable. In recent years we have had temperatures ranging from around 65 degrees to 95 degrees and bright sunshine to torrential rain. I would suggest that you can reasonable expect average temperatures of around 75-80 degrees and a mixture of sunshine and showers.

cruisin' cockney--My family is considering the British Isles sailing in June of 09. We've heard the seas can be quite rough. I've sailed 10 times various Caribbean itineraries as well as Hawaii and Alaska. In your opinion are the seas from England to Ireland then into Norway tolerable? I would appreciate any input you could provide. i don't want to plan a vacation and I would be too sick to enjoy it.

Think about "layering" and being flexible about having light pull-over, weather-proof jacket/items that pack small, go on and off easy, etc. Enjoy! Terry in Ohio
