bluezy Posted February 10, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 10, 2008 I have been reading alot of the posts and havn't see anything about the weather. We are going in the 2nd week in june and have been setting up lot of water activities. Do I have to worry about alot of rain this time of year? Dos anyone have information about the seasons in the southern caribian islands.

Aplmac Posted February 10, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 10, 2008 Rain? June? You're kidding, right? By the end of May the island is parched brown as we come to the end of Dry Season. During June is when we get serious about praying for rain and when with some luck, the first few sprinkles might arrive to herald the end of our 'winter' when it looks like nothing will ever be green again (this 'winter' being of a hydrous nature, not thermal, if you can understand that concept). Your chances of a rained-out June are minimal. Very minimal. If you bring some rain with you, us islanders will probably be very glad!:) Hope this answers your question!
