Expedia buys Cruise Critic?

I just saw this on MSNBC.com. This is an excerpt from the last sentence.

 

"and Expedia in January bought cruisecritic.com."

 

Anyone else see this? I don't think that Cruise Critic has announced this.

CC has been affiliated with Trip Advisor for months now, and Trip Advisor is a Expedia company. This happened a while ago though
