Some. It depends on what is directly overhead.

Which SOS? Sovereign or Serenade (I know it's not Splendour).

If you're speaking of the Sovereign, we've had cabins in different areas on deck #10 and have never really been bothered by noise. A few deck chairs and lounges being moved around once in awhile by the crew during cleaning but no big deal.
