first time rccl,, can't tell from photos i've seen..are the curtains between bed and sitting area just for show or do they actually close?

Actually, it depends on the ship! On Explorer, they don't close! On Brilliance, they do!

I have been on Explorer and Voyager and I was sure they closed on both. If CB at Sea is correct that they don't close on Explorer, and heshe? could very well be, then they definitely close on Voyager because I KNOW they closed on at least one of the ships, if not both.

I think they close if the couch opens into a bed and are just for show if the couch is not a sofabed.

Was on the Grandeur with a sofa bed. Curtain between them only closed about two feet. More for show.

I think it also depends on the type of cabin whether they close all the way or not.

We were in a deck 2 Inside cabin on Rhapsody and the curtains closed all the way.
