E Mediterranean cruise advise needed...

My wife and I are considering a Greek/Italian med. cruise in August 2008. The front-runners are the Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas and Costa Romantica. Similarly priced, I am finding difficulty finding many reviews on either one.

 

Anyone been on either of these ships??? Any advice/tips/other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have not been on either cruise. We sailed the old Island Princess to this area and loved it. We are both history majors & to sail thru Greece was delightful

Costa caters more to Europeans while RCCI will have more American's and Brits. Costa will have all their announcements (many, many announcements) in five languages, which can be a real pain. I personally find Costa to be more of a budget line and RCCI to be a step above.

Would be nice to hear from someone who has actually been on the Costa line but that seems to be the feedback from the limited reviews available.
