gypsyrose48 Posted February 26, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 26, 2008 Help, I am on the Grand Princess in May. I have become allergic to laundry soaps and softeners and need to bring my own sheets. Does anyone know if the bed is a twin or an extra long twin? Thanks for all your help. Gypsyrose
Toto2Kansas Posted February 26, 2008 #2 Share Posted February 26, 2008 Regular Twin sheets should work. What they do is use flat sheets for the beds, not fitted, so that might also be a way to find ones to fit perfectly.
katisdale Posted February 26, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 26, 2008 The beds are not "true" twins. We call them skinny twins. They will combine to make a queen not a king bed as two normal twins will do. Therefore you will need to bring a flat sheet for the bottom if you want it to be tight. arb18 Posted February 26, 2008 #4 Share Posted February 26, 2008 Or you could bring your own detergant and fabric sheets and wash the sheets yourself on the first day of the cruise before you get into bed, explain to your room stewart the problem and ask for extra and wash them, he will prob even make the bed after you wash them...then you will know the sheets will fit.
