princess grand - quad room bed arrangement

Anybody stayed at the Grand Princess quad room? How is the set up? Is it 2 up and two twin down? Can we convert bed to queen size at the lower? My 2 years old likes to sleep with somebody and the queen size definitely help. Will be at the aloha deck Category II room.

You are going to love your location!! :) A quad has 2 up 2 down. The 2 up fold up into the ceiling during the day. If the little one would be one in the top, just tell the cabin steward that you want the twins into a queen, and leave one top bunk up. They will be happy to do that for you!!! :)

But if I convert queen at the bottom, can I still kee p the two bed up or only can keep one up? Confuse........:confused:

We have had three in a room with the queen down, one twin up that was open. The issue is getting around in the room with both twins open from the ceiling, I don't think you can get to the queen bed with out crawling. It can become a safety hazzard to your head, Ouch. We are in quad capable rooms on the Caribbean Princess on Aloha deck this December.

Good luck, it is worth asking, if you do not like the set up they will change it very quickly.
