Pacific Sun - Wouldn't That Cheese You Off

Recommended Posts

I don't know, Geoff. We spend more than 6 weeks doing the same sort of thing now.

Alarm goes off, we get up, go to work, drive home, cook tea, slump in front of the tv, go to bed, alarm goes off, we get up, go to work...... you get the idea.

But I take my holidays to get away from routine stuff.

Far more fun to be on holidays and on a ship. For me the novelty of the sea days would be wonderful for the first 3 weeks, but like groundhog day (or staying at the rellos) after that. Much more fun than work, but I would much rather 3 x 2 week cruises than 1 x 6 week one - just my preference.

I'm boarding Pacific Sun for the Cherry Blossom Cruise in about 15 hours and I only just discovered this forum!

One question about the Sun.

I notice there isn't a walk around Promenade deck on the ship. Where do people go for a walk? On the British P&O ships (I've only done Aurora and the old Arcadia <g>) I love doing a 1-2 hour walk every morning, stopping to chat with other passengers on the way.

Hi Aussie Kingpin.

One of my workmates will be on that cruise as well. If you meet up with Rose and Keith, send them my regards.

I hope you and your mum have a wonderful cruise.

Thanks

Roland
