San Diego Luggage Drop-Off ?

We are headed to San Diego for another Oosterdam cruise and was wondering how early you can drop (check-in) your luggage at the port. We'll be there at about 11 am but want to walk over to Ralphs, etc. to load up on Diet Coke.

Is there a Ralph's or Von's close by? That's the one thing I'm still looking for in San Diego.

Yes, this should be no problem. You could probably do it as early as 10:30 When you walk thru the gates on the left in the middle of the lot there are these cages for luggage that you just take your luggage over to. You could then walk out the gate and go to Ralphs. Now I am not exactly sure where Ralphs is but I have heard it is close:)

Thank you so much. I'm not sure it's a Ralph's, Raley's or something similar. I just know there's a place that I can load up plus walk around the Marina for a bit without wheeling the luggage.

I mapped the closest Ralphs for you. It looks like it's around a half mile walk. Not too bad. It's just on the back side of Horton Plaza.

It's not to far. And Ralph's will call you a taxi to get back to the port with your sodas. Also the Pedicabs are abundant, just negotiate price before getting in. And they are fun.

Can you pick us some too while you're there?!! We'll be taking a taxi from the Marriott Gaslamp, so hopefully we can drop the bags off and shop around. We bought the bar set up package, so we just need some mixers and maybe a few bottles of wine!! We should meet up. I think I remember from our roll call that you were bringing kids?? Less than 2 weeks to go!!

LOL! I mapped that too. The market is more or less on the way to the terminal. The actual street address to Ralphs is 101 G Street.
