It was the Dream.

 

I think the barge hit Dream, not the other way around.

If we want to get technical, it was actually the 2nd time the dream has had a run-in with a barge.

The Dream's first collision was little more dramatic... It took on extra cargo.

I found the OP in the review had a great sense of humor and candor about the whole thing. Might of been the best (and funniest) cruise review ever written.
