What dates encompass this thing called "Spring break"

Does anyone know what unofficially encompasses "spring Break"?

 

I know our kids who go to 2 different schools have Spring Breaks 3 weeks apart... But then, they are in Junior High - not college...

In general ... start of March through mid-April.

College Spring breaks usually start in mid February and the rest of the schools seem to finish up around mid April

between college, high school and elementary .. Can be from March 1st to April 15th

Since parents tend to take their kids out of school for family trips, there will be few times when kids aren't apparent! But figure on a higher number than normal from mid Feb- April. Then, again during all the summer months! (Remember, colleges let out early May!)

I would say through the end of April. I know there are a lot of schools on Spring Break the 3rd week in April.
