planning during bad weather seasons

Recommended Posts

we are planning a cruise wedding for either winter or summer 09. we'd like winter but it might be too soon, as well as too close to my cousins wedding. shes been engaged and set w/ the wedding for a while so, we don't want to make it tough on her or the guests which will be pretty much the same. (on my side at least). But I was wondering about the carribean weather for summer..I usually only cruise during the winter, but I lived in s.florida for 4 years so I know that it rains usually twice a day during thos months.. and rains hard!! I dont know if thats something we want to deal with. I know it can be bad weather any month, but i feel like if i plan for a higher % rain month, and it does rain or a storm hits, then I will feel like I should have went w/ my gut and not chanced the summer wedding....What do you guys think about it, or how did the weather work out for you.....?

If you are planning a beach wedding, decide where you would like to get married. Then do a search on google for weather for that area. Look at when it's most likely to have good weather.

But, you know, there is no guarantee of weather ever!
