Voyager of the Seas ?

Recommended Posts

Several people mentioned to bring a power strip to plug extra items in your cabin. Would anyone know if the outlets in the rooms are two prongs or three prongs?

Also, are pool towels available by the pools are do you bring from your cabin?

Thanks.

Ill be on her next sunday and can tell you for sure. Seems like I remember pool towels or a bin to throw them in on other RCL ships near the pool, up near the bar towards the buffet. I thnk they expect you to bring your pool towel from your cabin.

So many bring power strips that Im guessing they must be able to plug them in or they wouldnt say bring them and they are all 3 prongs that i have.

You will get pool towels in your cabin, but you can get extras by the pool. You may have to sign them in and out--it seems to differ from ship to ship.

We've never needed a powerstrip--we don't use our cell phones onboard, and the outlet is fine for the curling iron, or whatever you need to plug in. It's on top of the vanity in your room. If you have an electric appliance that needs to be a long distance from the plug, then bring an extension cord (rated for the appliance you will be using!) We brought a cord for a heating pad once.(Hubby had a bad shoulder!)

When we were on Voyager in January they did not put pool towels in your room. We usually got ours from the gym near the hot tub. You can get them at the pool too, but you have to check them out. We did not take them back, we just left the dirties in the room.

Towels: Only at the pool now.

Power strip; Three prong. There is one outlet in the cabin, it has two recepticals, we always bring the cord that way the CD player can keep Jimmy Buffet going 24-7 and Suzan can use her hair dryer and hair straightener thingee.
