crusinmama06 Posted April 2, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 2, 2008 I just got this email from Carnival. The 3rd/4th/5th person rates on some of the cruises is $99 http://www.carnival.com/cms/Static_templates/promos/Fall_specials_08.aspx
nklpikl Posted April 2, 2008 #2 Share Posted April 2, 2008 Is this something Carnival does very often? We are taking the kids on their first cruise in June. These 99-199 rates can't be beat, but none of those cruises work for us. I would love to know if it is something they do every fall. Nicole

It's always on a Bahama/Caribbean itinerary. And it can happen any time of year. When the rates are release, someone here always posts about it though. :)
ioneblair Posted April 3, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 3, 2008 found about this last week, it was applied to both my booked cabins bringing the 3rd person rate down to $70! :)
born'4'cruisin Posted April 3, 2008 #5 Share Posted April 3, 2008 I have a question, if you already booked a cruise and the line drops the 3rd/4th...person rate, can you call and get money back or OBC of that ammount?
PHXscuba Posted April 3, 2008 #6 Share Posted April 3, 2008 FYI, I was playing around with some dates for the fall (mid-October) and the low 3/4/5 rates apply to many of Mexican Riviera cruises I was checking. All of the 3/4/5 started under $200. So, there may be more fall cruises that cheaper rate applies to than the initial link shows. Try some out and see if it saves you some $$$$! I don't think we'll be taking advantage because we are already planning a fall-break trip, but I might just run it by DH .....;) Those of us traveling with (and paying for!) families gotta stick together! crusinmama06 Posted April 3, 2008 Author #7 Share Posted April 3, 2008 I have a question' date=' if you already booked a cruise and the line drops the 3rd/4th...person rate, can you call and get money back or OBC of that ammount?[/quote'] I honestly don't know, does anyone else know how Carnival handles that? Hey you can always try it right? Has a cruise you are already booked on dropped? Then I would call and ask?
