We took the galley tour and they gave a list of all the "stuff" they go through in a week, like how much beef, how many eggs, how much fruit, etc. Anyone have the list, or know a site with that kind of list (friend is wanting it for scrapbook)

TIA

115,750 hamburgers doesn't sound like enough. It doesn't say pounds. It's only 751 burgers per ship per day. The beer consumed alone is more than the burgers and there are kids eating burgers too. We are a bunch of alcoholics. Don't the bars have fountain drinks for mixing drinks?

Dont they have the guns in the bars? Like if you order a rum and coke they use the gun for the coke? I never really paid attention. party0015.gif

We usually spend atleast a little time lounging at the bars here and there, chatting with the bartenders. And they have the cans they use for all the mixers...on the Valor and Triumph, anyway.

Fleet wide per week. Still a lot of booze. party0012.gif

Ok...I realize some ships are smaller but...divided among 23(?) ships..

Thirsty “Fun Ship” guests drink their way through:

562,380 domestic and imported beers

That's just over 1,000 cases per ship per week

Really not that much.

All the fru fru drinks are made with rum, right? Look at the rum number compared to other boozes. No wonder folks complain of weak drinks. I'd think rum would be far and away #1 in booze used.

You'd think it would be huh. Probably a cheaper rum as well.

Thanks for the info....

but does anyone have it broken down by ship?

I know she could use that, but was looking more for what is used on a ship in an average week???

I'm glad I'm not doing that cooking, either :)

(but then, I don't really do much at home anyway :D )

They use cans on all the Carnival cruises I've been on, never seen a fountain gun at any of the bars. Maybe they use guns at the 'behind the scenes' bars?

Duck, I saw that link...I just didnt see any information on that link that answered the OP question about a list for each ship.

Click my link again, I edited it. For some reason the CC software moved the closing bracket after 'ship' to outside the URL tag.
