Liberty Dining

I noticed on a compass from last year that there is something called Brassiere 30 on the Liberty. Is this a seperate restaurant or part of Windjammer?

It is lunch in the dining room and actually it has made a huge difference.

 

They have a set easy menu to chose from and it is quick and efficient. However, you can stay as long as you like in there but having lunch in/out in less than 30 minutes is great. :)

You wouldn't happen to recall what the menu(s) were, do you? I'll be on the Independence in November and hopefully they'll have it as well.

I don't recall but it is the same menu every day but it has many choices as well as a pasta bar.

 

I did notice that they are reluctant to make "substitutions" I guess that is why they try to make it faster to serve.

Yes, the scallops are great on the dining lunch menu. They is a set lunch menu with goumet choices. On the Mariner in March, 08, they also had daily specials along with desserts that changed daily. They were posted on the blackboard on the easel as you entered the dining room.

I think they have had daily specials every time they have done the Bistro menu and that would be since at least 2006. I don't remember the specials being posted but I may have just not been observent.

We like to eat lunch in the DR some days on the cruise as it is less frenetic than the Windjammer.
