Ports will go nuts with Genesis can you imagine that Princess whatever anchoring in Georgetown with two or three other ships. Yikes! For what cruise line is that thing supposed to sail? klfhngr Posted April 15, 2008 Author #12 Share Posted April 15, 2008 Genesis is pushing it. This one is overdoing it. Ports will go nuts with Genesis can you imagine that Princess whatever anchoring in Georgetown with two or three other ships. Yikes! For what cruise line is that thing supposed to sail? Not sure... The business and financial aspects of the project have been analyzed and processed in cooperation with HSH Corporate Finance (http://www.hshcf.fi), a prominent European corporate finance house, a company in HSH Nordbank group of Germany, who is highly experienced in the shipping and leisure industries, and with SHINSEI BANK (http://www.shinseibank.com) in Japan. They are the financial advisors to the project under contractual agreements. Discussions are under way with major companies in various countries, not only in Asia but also in other parts of the world, introducing the project to each prospect to find out if they should be interested in taking part in the project. The companies on the list of potential partners are from several different industries, because of the characteristics of the project. The project is attractive, not only to the cruise industry, but also to real estate businesses and resort managers, because of the business model, A substantial part of the cabins on board will be sold as either condos or time-share units. The event business will be interesting to event promoters and/or event owners. JCN will continue the preparatory work in cooperation with the two financial advisors to perfect the business plan and secure the necessary financing to complete the project. We will found a project team and then a new company for the scheme.
