?? OBC for Fuel Supplement

Has anyone had any issues or had any success with receiving obc for the fuel supplement that was charged? Is there a way to confirm that you've received the obc before you sail or does it just show up on your account when you get onboard?

I did not check during the week; credits were on the final bill I got last day

The credit was posted to our account sometime during the week.

I was on the Voyager last week. It showed up in my account on Tuesday or Wednesday. I checked my account via the TV in the room. It was listed as Fuel Refund (or something like that). I did not have to ask - it was just there.

I tried to confirm my refund both before my cruise and the 1st day on the ship and was told that it should be given, but no one was able to confirm it or prove it to me. Low and behold, on the 3rd day of the week, I noticed the refund in full for the 2 of us, assigned as an OBC.

As stated above, ours showed up on our account around the third day.

Mine never showed up, customer service said it had been refunded to my credit card, when we got back I checked and no credit:mad:

we received our docs last week, it has the surcharge added on it. i guess they will give obc. i better call my cruise lady. obc is fine with us!

I called the TA last week to check to make sure my shareholder credit was there. She said yes, and also the surcharge credit was there. I say check with your TA.

I was on the LOS the week after RCCL announced that they reversed the fuel supplement.

 

I was really surprised, but we did get an OBC for the fuel supplement that we paid. It did not show up until half way through the week.

We leave this weekend (Apr 27). I checked with our TA and all our credits were in place. I will check again when we get onboard to make sure all the credits are on our sea pass accounts.

Everyone in our party got their fuel surcharge OBC last week on the Enchantment.

We did not get our's last week on the Monarch. I called Customer Service today and they said they would credit the card we had used to pay the bookings. We'll see.
