Recent experience on Silver Cloud

Any Cruise Critic posters recently on Cloud? I see it will finish scheduled cruise within a few days, then I believe a charter.

I'm boarding in Monte Carlo May 15.

 

Can anyone tell me who is Captain, Cruise Director, Hotel Director -- ? Condition of ship, service, food.....? Haven't seen a posting on Cloud and have not been on Cloud in quite awhile, just wondering.

 

Any input -- greatly appreciated.

We were on the Cloud in March and it was terrific. SanGiacomo is the Capt., Judie was the CD, Carl was Cruise Consultant, the maitre'd is Hedi, a new chef, David, very personable and quite a dancer! I think Richard is being rehired and Carl will get a break by the time you get there. The DR hums and all is well at the pool bar. Enjoy!!

oops...forgot Gerry, Hotel Director. I think he is going on vacation shortly. What a terrific guy. Ask him how the foie gras is!

Judy left in Athens after being on for 6 months (too long she said) but will be back in July. We had a great time David produced some great food.

John and Joy -- now MAKE MY DAY and tell me they now have the salmon trolley in the dining room at lunch time on Cloud the same as on Shadow and Whisper.....
