Belfast Northern Ireland to Sydney

We willbe flying from Belfast via London Heathrow and on to Sydney in November - we will be in Sydney 5/6days and then join the RCCI Rhapsody of the Seas for the 11 night cruise - Australia and the Great Barrier Reef.

 

Has anyone done this journey - any idea what the luggage allowane will be?

I go to Sydney a couple of times a year. As vozzie says, it would help to know which airline and what class. If you're flying economy, most airlines have a 20 kg per person allowance. BA has a one-piece allowance, max 23 kg (although with a concession before November, when there will be a charge for bags between 23 kg and 32 kg).
