I have seen many elegant women wear tiaras onboard QM2. The rule of thumb is to stay away from the beauty queen type or 'royal' style of tiara. Wear what you want and what you feel comfortable in. This is your cruise and if you cannot be over the top on the grandest ocean liner in the world - when can you?:)
