Do I need a medical form/release?

My DD 10 will be on antibiotics on our cruise. Will I need anything special from her doctor for kids club or the cruise line. The antibiotics are precautionary for a tooth issue and not for anything contagious. We will be on NCL Spirit.

But I wouldn't tell them that your DD is on meds.

 

I was refused to be allowed to go on an excursion because I take BP med even though my BP is fully controlled. They refunded my money but I missed out on the one excursion we had booked.

 

I will keep my mouth shut from now on.

I agree with everyone but carry the meds in the original container or have a copy of the prescription with you....if they questioned everyone taking meds it would take a year to baorad as almost evryone over 40 is taking something....
