Onboard computer to view webcam??

We are boarding our dogs at a kennel which has a webcam of the entire place. But, we were told that many computers are not able to download something called Active X. That is what we need to be able to use the webcam. Home computers are OK, but has anyone tried viewing a webcam (on Constellation)??

Also, whatever happened to being able to access the ships webcam while at home?

Can't answer the first part of your question but Celebrity no longer has the cams on their ships. Apparently they did not renew the contract with the provider.
