I was in H4097 on the Zuiderdam this past August and it is a great cabin. I was upgraded from an inside guarantee - so it was an addes bonus. The cabin has floor to ceiling windows that let in a lot of natural daylight. Yes the windows were obstructed, but they were obstructed by one of the tenders as opposed to a standard lifeboat. You could see through the windows of the tender, but the view was definitely blocked.

However - sleep with the curtains closed. The tenders are lowered for transportation to Half Moon Cay, and you will see the crew in the tenders as they are getting ready to lower it. While at HMC you will have a perfect exterior view.

I truly loved this cabin and would not hesitate to book it again. One of the benefits of either of these cabins is that it is just off the main stairwell, and easily accessed by the panoramic elevators.

Enjoy!
