Obstructed view

Just got cabin assignment. Cabin E207 on Caribbean Princess. Obstructed view. Can anyone tell me what to expect? Never had an obstructed view before.Thanks.

Usually there is a lifeboat in front of your window. You can't see anything

Some are better then others. According to the CB deck plan your's looks like a very good cabin. Very little obstructed.

As you will see below you are right in between two lifeboats. No obstruction. We were in 421 and even though the TA and the Princess website said "fully obstructed", there was no obstruction. The deck plans on the Princess website are pretty right on. That was why I booked 421, after I looked at the deck plan. Enjoy! :D

Thanks for input. We booked an F guarantee(obstructed view). I want some natural light so I hope this works. Always had an oceanview. Never sailed Princess, can't wait!

I was just on the Diamond in an obstructed ocienview between two boats. The attached picture shows how much obstruction you'll typically find in these cabins.

This is the view from Emerald Princess Cabin E208 which is the same as E207 but on the portside - this is pretty much what you should have in terms of view!!
