Help - Inspiration vs. Grandeur

I'm planning a quick (4 night) girls trip. Departing from Tampa is a must. So I think that means Western Caribbean.

 

The only options I see is Carnival's Inspiration and Royal Caribbean's Grandeur of the Seas.

 

Has anyone been on both and can give a comparison? If you've only been on one of them - would value your opinion, as well.

I've been on neither ..but if it's all the same to you,

and the costs are about the same I'd go with Royal Caribbean.

 

If yew like rather ordinary ppl, go Carnival.

 

With RCI you'll rub shoulders with a more refined lot

but what do I know...I'm usually wrong (just ask my wife! :D )

 

 

 

If interior decor means something to you, and it affects your mood

Carnival ships are 'wild' party Neon Las Vegas styling(which I quite enjoyed!)

whereas RCI ships are more sophisticated in their decor.
