Hyatt Regency...anyone stayed there?

Just got Hyatt Regency on Priceline and was wondering if anyone has stayed there and their opinions...good & bad.

It's next to the superdome and great for activites there, but I would take a cab at night if doing the FQ. It's quite a walk, but they may have a shuttle, some of the hotels in this area do. Verify this. It is a very dead area at night walking to the FQ. Avoid walking near Rampart- go down a few blocks and over if necessary.

I just got a room for Dec. 3rd and 4th at the Hyatt on Priceline too. I see they have a shuttle to the FQ but I don't know about the return trip. Looks like a beautiful hotel.

I find shuttles inconvenient in NO, consider a cab. It's iffy walking the area back to the Superdome at night from the quarter.
