Buying and transfering cruise vouchers

I have seen a couple of ads on craigslist and e bay for cruise vouchers that were given as "gifts" for going to a timeshare presentations. Can these be transfered? Are they a good buy or will I be asked to select a few weeks and wait to see if and when I wil travel?

It depends on who issued the vouchers and what the fine print says on the back--most airline vouchers given as promotions are NOT transferable, but I cannot say I have seen the cruise vouchers. Many coupons (such as come in the Entertainment books) are for $XX off of 'published' fares, which nobody pays. A good discounter will beat the published-less-voucher price every time. Before you spend any money, insist on seeing a high-resolution scan of the front and back, but I would be wary.
