From the Port of Miami website:

If you have handicapped exemption, the completion of a short form is required. Having the form pre-filled prior to leaving will expedite your entrance/exit at the Toll Booth. Please email us your mailing address so the form can be sent to you via U.S. mail. Upon request, forms can be mailed 30 days in advance.

The toll booth attendant will require:

  • Proof of exemption: (See the Placard, Sticker, License plate number)
  • Drivers License of owner/exempt individual

There is another way you could handle matters at the port. Pull up to the curb and let your parents and one of you out with your carry ons and check in your luggage with the porter. Then one of you drive to the nearby parking garage and it won't matter where you park. Walk the short distance to the ship, and meet your party at the curb.

After your cruise, reverse the process. Three of you will wait at the curb with the luggage while one goes and gets the car and then drives it back around to the curb to pick up the other three and the luggage.
