Princess Circle Savings- can you combine with OBC?

We are trying to plan our very 1st cruise. I was just referred for $25 savings for our 1st cruise. Can you combine the Circle Savings with an OBC offer from a TA? Or is only one or the other? Or does it depend on the TA?
