Barbados tour ideas?

In January I'll be staying 2 nights in Barbados before a Wind Surf cruise, then another night at the end, a week later. I've reserved my stay at a B&B/guest house in the St. Lawrence Gap area.

 

This will be my first time in Barbados, and I am interested in the best way to see the most on my one full day there (Saturday January 10). I see mention of Glory Tours. Are there other possibilities I should check into?

There are soooo many reputable reliable Tour Companies on the island...

Let's just say we've been doing this awhile!? :)
