New signup for C&A issue

We just finished an Alaska cruise of 7 days and I forgot to complete the C&A signup on the ship. When to RCCL site to signup and it tells me we don't have a eligible cruise. It was 7 days so I can't imagine it's not eligible. Anyone else try this recently and have same issue or a resolution. I could call RCCL but I am an online kind of gal.

It takes a few days for your cruise to propagate through the system. Once the final manifest arrived in Miami and all pax were confirmed your cruise is eligible.

I had a similar problem after our first cruise. I just e-mailed them using the contact info on the website and they took care of it.

Thanks all. :) I'll give it a few days. Just wanted to make sure I got this taken care of before we book our next cruise. Still have much unpacking and settling back in so once taken care of I can check back on it.
