45 day letter - Carnival

If you have issues or good things to say and write to Carnival, they usually send you a letter that states to let them know 45 days in advance of your next cruise and you will get some kind of gift. Wine, photo coupons, bar coupons etc.

Thanks for the reply, not to confuse but I meant I was lost in the forum. Thought I was somewhere else, somewhere i was not, am not, never mind.

 

Actually, I thought I was in the Princess forum. I was posting to see if they (Princess) had a similar program. Just returned from AK off Star Prince.

What do you mean? Issues? Who do you write to get coupons?

It's not just for complaints. Don't make them up if you don't have any just to get the letter back (not saying YOU would do this). Just write and tell them how your trip went. If you had a fabulous time tell them. Pretty much any letter get a 45 day letter back from what I've been reading.

 

Edited to say you can mail them a letter but I don't know the address. Just go to the carnival website and click contact us.

It's a great thing they do, I think. I write a letter after each cruise and get the "45 day letter". I rarely have anything negative to say in the letter, it is generally a compliment on the ship itself or specific employees. I was told (don't know how true it is) that letters that mention specific employees are given to that employee. So, even if you DON'T get the "45 day letter", and have thoroughly enjoyed the services of a specific employee, do it! How nice it must make them feel.
