Staffing levels reported by Cruise Critic

The Ship Review section includes data indicating passenger load and crew size for ships reviewed. These figures show that Norwegian Dream currently has a much lower ratio of crew to passenger than other NCL ships. If this is true, it wouldexplain the many reports of poor service on recent cruises. Can anyone (staff of Cruise Critic in particular) confirm thos staffing figures as being current and accurate.
